We live in Breda, the Netherlands.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Is there VAT on the products?
YES, all prices displayed on www.vitanetshop.eu include VAT.
Why do you have different prices in different countries?
We have different prices due to the VAT you pay in the country where the package is being delivered.
Why did my price change?
Your price changed because you selected a delivery country with a different VAT rate than the Netherlands. This can happen sometimes, so the final price shown after selecting the delivery country is the correct price.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna, ApplePay, Google Pay, MobilePay, PayPal, IDEAL, Bancontact & Shop.
Will I receive any extra fees to get my package?
NO - You will never receive any extra import or other charges! What you paid online is what you pay!
Can I get a discount?
Yes, of course! We offer quantity discounts on almost all products. For example, if you buy 2 of a product, you get 5% off, and if you buy 5 of a product, you get 10% off.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for purchases over €67 / DKK 500 / SEK 700.
Who do you deliver with?
We deliver with GLS and PostNL/PostNord.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where the package is being shipped to.
There will always be an estimated delivery time shown with the shipping method you choose before completing your purchase.
Can I choose a specific parcel shop with GLS?
Unfortunately, GLS in the Netherlands does not offer this option. However, you can always change it by contacting GLS as soon as the package arrives in the destination country.
How do I get updated tracking information?
We recommend downloading the GLS or PostNord app – this way, you will receive the most updated information directly from the shipping company.
You can also download the Shopify Shop app, where you will receive all information as soon as there is an update.
I bought from you but did not receive an order confirmation?
We always send a confirmation email immediately after a purchase.
If you have not received a confirmation after a few hours, please check your spam filter. If there is still no email, contact us at contact@vitanetshop.eu so we can confirm your order and ensure everything is as it should be.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order until it has been shipped. Contact us at contact@vitanetshop.eu as soon as possible.
I want to return my order, how do I do that?
